There are many levels of urban planning and there is still much work to do before this master plan is effective. The PDU has many challenges in terms of metropolitan governance, and the first is to have a vision of the metropolitan territory knowing which financial resources are available. Other challenges are fitting the urban design of the AMB's territory into the metropolitan region and achieve involvement with the will to bring urbanism closer to citizens.
